Long holds are used to increase range of motion and flexibility by targeting deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints. Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to a more dynamic practice, and to the fast-pace of modern life in general. Come stretch, create suppleness, and retreat within yourself.

Warm your body by synchronizing breaths with mindful movement. This Vinyasa styled class flows through postures by incorporating full-body strength, balance and stretching.

Calm & Slow.

The perfect after-work refresher. A feel-good practice to help you transition out of the workday and let your body unwind. Build a bit of heat to recirculate energy and release tension. We’ll focus on parts of the body that generally tense up during the day: shoulders, low back, hips, wrists, and feet. Leave feeling centred, rejuvenated, and ready for whatever your evening has in store.

Mid-Day Stretch

Slip out of the office or drop-in for a midday pick me up. 45 minute full-body stretch designed to increase energy levels and promote blood flow, keeping us productive for the rest of our day.

Strength & Toning.

Stretch, strengthen and sculpt your body through a series of movements with the use of infrared heating to help you sweat it out.
